We offer pre payment for all our customers using Finnish payment portal Paytrail.
Prepayment is only available for orders to be shipped. You can't prepay orders to be picked up from our store. Those are payed when picked up.
You can use online bank service with at least the following Finnish banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, S-Pankki, MobilePay.
When we can't deliver ordered items in any reasonable time, we will make necessary money return and cancel your order for those items.
Due technical difficulties, Paypal is not available since 13.2.2023.
You can use mostly any bank or credit while paying in our store. You may also make changes and add more goods to the same receipt.
To be accepted as a invoicing party, you need our approval. You may lace your first order with invoice as payment, but please do provide us all the needed information. We will contact you if necessary.
We prefer electric invoicing using Finvoice e-Invoice.used By Finnish banks. If needed, we can send your invoice to you as PDF-attached email or a paper copy by mail.
For business customers who do frequent picking up from our store, we offer "koontilaskutus" meaning we will sum up the monthly activities and make a invoice for the total. For such a arrangement please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org

Purchasing with Alisa Business Invoice is possible with just contact information and strong authentication. All we need is to be able to verify the link between the buyer and the company they represent. To use the payment method, you need a Finnish company ID and the online banking credentials of a Finnish bank. The buyer's right to purchase is digitally verified. For this purpose, we recommend that the buyer uses the telephone number and e-mail address provided by the company when making the purchase.
The invoice will be sent by Alisa Business Invoice primarily as an e-invoice, but e-mail and paper invoices are also possible. The official e-invoice addresses of the companies are already known, so it is also easy to choose the invoicing address. The processing of the purchase invoice is designed to be as streamlined as possible for the buyer, and the buyer can add the reference information needed to allocate the invoice.
Alisa Business Invoice offers three different payment terms: 14 days, 30 days and 60 days. The billing surcharge varies depending on the payment period selected: 14 days €9.90, 30 days €19.90 and 60 days €29.90. The credit limit for Alisa Business Savings is €5,000.
