HOW DOES THE PICK-UP MACHINE WORK?

ORDERING

Prepaid orders from the Partco webshop are placed in the pick-up machine if there is space in the machine. Remember to provide a working phone number to which we can send you an SMS message for ready to pick-up orders.

PICKING UP

The pick-up machine is located in the vestibule of our shop Juurakkotie 5 B, 01510 Vantaa. You can use the machine at any time of the day.

When we place your order in the pick-up machine you will receive an SMS message to the phone number you provided for the order. Enter the code you received into the door reader and add an asterisk (*) to the end. Step into the vestibule and enter the same code in the pick-up machine (without an asterisk). The door opens and you receive your order.

If the vending machine is full and we cannot place your order there immediately, it can be picked up at our Partco store on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00.

Please notice that the space is camera-monitored.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT?

The pick-up machine is available 24 hours a day. Wait for you to receive the unlock code as an SMS message.

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED THE CODE IN AN SMS MESSAGE?

Please check your order details for the correct phone number.

If your number was correct:

  • We have not yet transferred your order to the cash dispenser, eg due to lack of space.

If your number was incorrect:

  • Please contact our customer service and we will fix the number and try again.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE EXTERNAL DOOR DOES NOT OPEN?

Make sure you enter the six-digit code you received with the * character completed at the end. You can also press # before entering a numeric code.

If the door reader does not light up when the keys are pressed, contact our customer service.

If the door reader has a green light after entering the code but the door cannot be opened, please contact our customer service.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE AUTOMATIC DOOR DOES NOT OPEN?

Make sure you enter the six-digit code you received into the control panel as it is.

The reasons may be:

  • Outdated code (your order has been moved back to the pickup shelf)
  • Technical failure in the automat or hatch

WHAT IF I LOST MY CODE?

Contact Customer service.

WHAT IF I DON'T MEET MY ORDER?

We keep orders for up to one week at the pick-up machine. After a week, we'll move them back to our warehouse pick-up shelf. We are not posting a new message about this (so far).
