RIGOL RP6150A is a passive low-impedance probe designed specifically for high-frequency measurements. Its bandwidth extends up to 1.5 GHz, enabling accurate measurements over a wide frequency range.

The probe is compatible with DS8000-R, MSO8000/A, MSO/DS7000, MSO/DS4000, and DS6000 series oscilloscopes.
