Elecrow RAP40020P - Raspberry Pi 400 GPIO header adapter/header expansion, 2x20PIN header.

BCM and WPI pin numbering and special functions marked on the card. Two 40-pin male connectors provide the same signalling. The card connects directly to the GPIO connector on the back of the Pi400 (see additional picture).

Note! The card can easily be inserted "too left or too right". Position the card carefully in relation to the pins.
