The Rigol MHO984 is the most advanced model in the MHO900 series, offering superior performance in a compact form factor. With up to 800 MHz analog bandwidth and a real-time sampling rate of 4 GSa/s, it provides exceptional signal fidelity and detail. Its 12-bit vertical resolution ensures high precision, while the optional 500 Mpts memory depth enables long waveform recording without losing resolution.
This model is ideal for high-speed digital and mixed-signal applications, featuring 4 analog and 16 digital channels. The integrated serial bus decoding engine can handle up to four simultaneous protocols, including UART, I²C, SPI, CAN, and LIN, with optional support for CAN-FD, FlexRay, I²S, and MIL-STD-1553B.
