Product description

The TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system provides controlled bolt tightening while ensuring safety in electrical installations. The tool kit includes an ergonomically designed torque screwdriver handle with integrated numerical scale, a tip holder and an adjustment tool. All components are conveniently and clearly arranged in a high quality, wear-resistant housing. The VDE torque screwdriver covers a wide range of applications with a continuously adjustable torque range of 0.8-5.0 Nm. A clearly audible and tactile signal when the torque is applied ensures a process-safe torque mechanism that protects against material damage and rework. With a triggering accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder ensures a secure grip of the 75 mm slimBits by means of a mechanical blade lock. Both the torque screwdriver and the slimBits are routinely tested according to the international standard IEC 60900 and allow safe working with live parts up to 1000 V AC.
